Every year during spring the clocks move forward and during fall the clocks revert back to Standard Time and this year the that people will switch their clocks is Sunday at 2:00 am. The main purpose of day light saving is to save more net energy but the states of Hawaii, Arizona and some countries in Arizona do not practice Daylight Savings Time. In 2005 President Bush signed a law about DST. This law created a debate if it really saves energy or not. After that some said that it really saves energy but on the other hand some said this savings is offset by using more energy in the morning hours. DST applies from every second Sunday of March and it will end on 7th November.
